1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the product under the following valid reasons:

Product not liked after delivery    ✅ Accepted (Charges apply)

Note: Return/exchange requests will not be accepted after 3 days of delivery.

Damaged/Wrong/Defective Product    No Charge    Full exchange or refund
Product not liked – Return    ৳100    Refund after deduction
Product not liked – Exchange    ৳200    Exchange processing fee

To qualify for a return/exchange:

Product must be unused and in original condition

Must include original packaging, box, tags, accessories

Product must be returned via courier service approved by our team

Unboxing video proof is mandatory (without cuts/edits)

Customer must provide Order ID + issue details when applying
